Refund & Return Policy

At Mishka Arts, we ensure that every product is checked carefully before dispatch to provide the best quality to our customers.

Returns are accepted only in case of:

• Product received damaged during transportation
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products damaged due to improper use
• Natural variations in wood colour, texture, and grains (as every wooden product is unique)

Refund Process:

Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
